Portable Roll Groover / Model 960
|
|
The RIDGID Model 960 Roll Groover is a ratchet driven, portable roll groover for field applications. With a cast in carrying handle, the 960 Roll Groover is easier to move around the job site than any other roll groover of its kind. The 960 Roll Groover mounts on the RIDGID 300-Power Drive for convenient grooving of steel and copper pipe. The 960 can be actuated by either a 1/2" drive ratchet or any wrench that fits the 15/16" hex on the feedscrew.

Hydraulic Roll Groover / Model 918

The RIDGID Model 918 Hydraulic Roll Groover features a powerful 15 ton hydraulic ram in a compact, easy to transport unit. With one man set-up and operation, the 918 is the ideal groover for job-site requirements. The 918 mounts quickly to RIDGID 300 power drive, 535, 1822, or 1224 Threading Machines. Designed to provide maximum efficiency, the 918 is capable of grooving up to 12" Schedule 10 and 8" Schedule 40 standard wall pipes. Roll Set changeout is accomplished in seconds.

Hydraulic Roll Grooving Machine / Model 918-I
|
The RIDGID Model 918-I Hydraulic Roll Grooving Machine is capable of grroving 1" to 8" schedule 40 and 1" to 12" schedule 10 pipe faster than any roll grooving machine in its class. Powered by a 1.2 HP universal motor and heavy duty transmission, the 918-I produces high quality grooves consistently and effortlessly.
The 918-I comes standard with a rugged wheel stand built for mobility in the shop without compromising stability. The stands tray is tough enough to support 200 lbs.
The 918-I uses a custom designed two-stage hydraulic pump that minimizes pipe flare, operator fatigue, and hydraulic fluid leaks.

Portable Roll Groover / Model 920
|
The RIDGID Model 920 Roll Groover takes grooving to a whole new level. With a capacity range of 2" - 24" diameter pipe, the 920 has the largest capacity of any RIDGID roll groover. The 920 mounts to the RIDGID 300 Power Drive for use in field or shop. Also available is the new RJ624 Large Diameter Pipe Support for grooving pipe up to* 24" in diameter, a prefect complement to the 920 Roll Groover.

Power Pipe Cutter / Model 258
|
|
The RIDGID Model 258 Power Pipe Cutter cuts 2 1/2" to 8" schedule 10*/40 steel pipe, galvanized pipe, rigid conduit etc. at the job-site or in the shop. Powered by the RIDGID No. 700 Power Drive, the 258 is a displacement cutter that provides square cuts. The operator controls the feeding rate by pumping the hydraulic foot pump throughout the operation. A square cut with minimal burr on either the 21' or nipple lengths of pipe is safely achieved in seconds** without abrasive dust, sparks or open flame.

Hole Cutting Tool / Model HC-300
|
The RIDGID Model HC-300 Hole Cutting Tool is designed to cut holes up to 3" diameter into steel pipe. The multiple hole size allows the use of Mechanical T's, Hookers, Vic-O-Lets, Weld-O-Let and other fittings for branching unpressurized pipelines.
The HC-300 features a 1/2" capacity chunk to accommodate all sizes of holes up to 3" diameter and standard hole arbors up to 7/16" Hex (1/2" chuck size). An intergral motor and gear reduction optimizes the performance and saw life in the capacity range. A single feed handle and ON/OFF switch allows the HC-300 to be used in tight quarters and difficult-to-reach locations.

Hole Cutting Tool / Model HC-450

The RIDGID Model HC-450 Hole Cutting Tool is engineered for continuous 1/4" to 4 3/4" hole cutting in and up to 8" in-place on unpressurized pipe. The built in level ensures line up for multiple holes when branching lines using Mechanical T's, Vic-let or welded saddles. Dual side feed handles and switches provide easier operation from any angle. In addition, the HC-450's heavy duty chuck accomodates 1/8" to 5/8" arbors. The HC-450 is ideal for mechanical, industrial maintenence and fire protection contractors as it cuts holes into a wide variety of pipe materials.

Direct Tap Machine / MLT3401
|

The new RIDGID MLT3401 direct tapping machine drills and taps pressurized water mains without shutting down the system. With 3/4" or 1" capacity, the MLT3401 requires no permanent saddle mounts. However if needed, the MLT3401 can be converted to a saddle mounted tapping machine with 3/4" - 2" capacity. The MLT 3401 is built to last with corrosion resistant components such as aircraft grade aluminum, bronze and stainless steel.

The Model 614 features carbide-tipped blades to cut different materials and geometric configuration without cutting fluid. Cutting with the Model 614 generates no burr, abrasive dust or heat, providing clean and fast cuts on steel, copper, plastic and wood.
